Job Description

  1. Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  2. Manage client ad budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversions.
  3. Create performance-driven strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  4. Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and funnel metrics to improve results.
  5. Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  6. Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  7. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients.
  8. Track pixels, events, and analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  9. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging performance marketing tools.
  10. Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and growth targets.
