Job Description

  1. Lead performance and growth marketing for the D2C business, driving revenue through paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and digital optimization. The role is based out of Bangalore.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing budgets across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Affiliates and coupons.
  3. Own campaign execution and platform management across Google and Meta, while managing affiliate partners and external agencies.
  4. Develop and execute growth marketing strategies including funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and experimentation across acquisition and retention channels.
  5. Analyze campaign and customer journey performance using GA4, platform analytics, and Shopify data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
  6. Own the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and remarketing flows to drive retention, repeat purchases, and LTV.
  7. Own key performance metrics including Revenue, ROAS, TACOS, CAC, and conversion rate.
  8. Collaborate with brand, content, product, and tech teams to implement campaigns, website improvements, and marketing initiatives.
  9. Train, mentor, and guide a small team, ensuring strong execution and continuous improvement across marketing initiatives.
