Performance Marketing Manager (D2C & Marketplaces)

Minimum Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take complete ownership of paid advertising across Meta, Google, Affiliate & Ecom, with a clear focus on ROAS, scalability, and profitable growth.

This role is performance-first, not social media posting or branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Shopping, Ecommerce
  • Manage daily budgets, scaling decisions, and campaign structure.
  • Drive profitable ROAS while balancing growth and acquisition costs.
  • Build and optimise full-funnel strategies (cold, warm, remarketing).
  • Improve conversion rates through landing page and offer insights.
  • Plan offers, bundles, and promotions to increase AOV and repeat purchases.
  • Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • Maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.
