Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Mohali on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves planning and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing strategies for better ROI. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven marketing strategies, manage ad budgets efficiently, and build impactful brand promotions to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEM, and social media advertising
• Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong skills in copywriting, creative content development, and ad strategy
• Ability to manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and present actionable insights
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in technology or app development industries is an advantage
