Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid media channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, etc., to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Review and monitor ongoing campaigns closely with the team to identify problem areas, optimize performance, and support client scaling initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team; define clear roles, processes, and KPIs.
  • Manage and own the performance marketing budget, including forecasting CAC, ROAS, and channel-wise spend allocation.
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and continuous optimization across all digital channels, leveraging A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics; derive actionable insights and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, analytics, and design teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer journeys.
  • Identify and implement marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling performance marketing functions, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Taboola, DV360, Snapchat, Amazon, Flipkart, etc., along with analytics tools like GA4, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
  • Prior experience in media planning and budget allocation.
  • Experience managing or working with teams of 30+ members.
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Working knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, performance-driven email marketing, and basic coding will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2C/D2C/e-commerce/SaaS is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, marketing automation, and CRM tools
