About the Role-

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who's excited to own paid and organic growth end-to-end and be directly accountable for revenue, not just leads.

This role is for someone who enjoys making smart bets, scaling what works, shutting down what doesn't, and partnering closely with sales to turn demand into real revenue.

What You'll Do-

  • Own and execute paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads, with full responsibility for budgets, performance, and ROI
  • Scale profitable channels while improving CAC:LTV discipline
  • Optimise the full funnelfrom ad and landing page through CRM and sales conversion
  • Improve qualified-lead to paid conversion rates through testing and funnel optimisation
  • Make clear, data-backed decisions to test, scale, or shut channels based on ROI
  • Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion velocity
  • Build a predictable, repeatable stream of monthly revenue from paid channels

What We're Looking For-

  • Hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads
  • Proven ownership of large paid budgets with a strong ROI mindset
  • Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and full-funnel performance
  • Experience working with sales-led funnels and optimizing for lead quality over volume
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commercial thinking
