Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring high ROI and quality lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, expertise in ad platforms, and a deep understanding of performance metrics.
Note : Candidates proficient in Malayalam will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Paid Media Strategies Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.).
- Lead Generation Focus on driving high-quality leads that convert into business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Campaign Management & Optimization Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Budget Management Allocate and manage media spend effectively to achieve maximum ROI and CPA goals.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation Conduct A/B tests on ads, audience segments, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Tracking & Reporting Set up proper tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel to measure campaign performance accurately.
- Collaboration with Creative & Content Teams Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Client Communication Regularly update stakeholders and clients on campaign performance, insights, and future strategies.
- Competitor & Market Research Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new features on Google and Meta platforms.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable success in improving lead quality.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads & Meta Certifications are a plus.
- Experience with CRM & automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and programmatic advertising is an added advantage.
