At Xobin, we're not looking for someone to just run ads. We're looking for someone who can own revenue through performance marketing. You will be responsible for building and scaling our paid acquisition engine, optimizing the full funnel, and driving qualified pipeline, not just leads.
What You'll Own
Paid Acquisition - Own end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scaling decisions
- Identify and target high-intent keywords and audiences
- Continuously optimize for qualified leads (QLs), CAC, and ROI
Funnel Ownership
- Own and optimize the full funnel:
- Click → Lead → Qualified Lead → Customer
- Analyze drop-offs and improve conversion rates at each stage
- Work closely with sales team to:
- Track lead quality
- Improve lead → customer conversion
- Build strong feedback loops
Creatives, Messaging & Conversion
- Write and test ad copies, hooks, and offers
- Work on landing page optimization (CRO)
- Continuously run A/B tests on:
- Ads
- Landing pages
- Targeting
Experimentation & Growth
- Test new campaign types, audiences, and strategies
- Explore new paid channels beyond Google Ads
- Identify scalable growth opportunities
What Success Looks Like
- Increase in qualified leads (QLs)
- Improved ROAS and reduced CAC
- Higher lead-to-customer conversion rate
- A predictable and scalable paid growth engine
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing
- Strong experience in B2B lead generation
- Deep understanding of funnel, CAC, and ROI
- Hands-on with:
- Google Ads
- GA4
- CRM tools
- You think in business outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Highly analytical, experimental, and execution-focused
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS / HRTech
- Managed ₹5L+/month ad budgets
- Experience with multi-geo campaigns (US, UK, UAE, India)
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
