We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Manager – Artium Academy

At Artium Academy, we're redefining music education by bringing together technology, world-class musicians, and a learner-first approach. With 50,000+ learners across 17+ countries and 350+ teachers, we're building at an exciting scale — and we're looking for a performance marketer who can help us grow even further.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is data-driven, highly analytical, commercially minded, and obsessed with measurable growth.

This could be the right fit for you if you have experience scaling acquisition in EdTech, Consumer Tech, E-commerce, D2C, or high-growth startups and enjoy turning data into business outcomes.

What you'll own

• End-to-end strategy, execution & optimization of paid digital campaigns

• Customer acquisition, lead quality, conversion & ROI

• Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max & other paid channels

• Analytics, attribution, A/B testing and performance insights

• Close collaboration with Creative, Product, Sales & Business teams to drive revenue growth

What we're looking for

• 2–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking

• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, consumer behaviour & performance analytics

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes

• Experience managing large-scale performance campaigns is highly valued

Preferred: B.E./B.Tech. from a reputed institution, experience in EdTech/Consumer Tech/E-commerce/D2C, and a genuine interest in music, creators or the performing arts.

CTC: 10–13 LPA

Experience: 2–6 years
