Performance Marketing Manager - Ecommerce & DTC (Apparel & Beauty)
About The Opportunity
A fast-growth player in the Apparel & Beauty consumer goods sector, focused on scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce and retail conversions across India. We run performance-led acquisition across paid social, search, programmatic, and marketplace channels to drive profitable growth for fragrance and personal-care lines. This is an on-site leadership role in India, ideal for hands-on growth marketers who deliver measurable ROAS improvements at scale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for web and mobile: build, launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
- Design and execute audience segmentation, bidding, and budget allocation based on channel performance, LTV and cohort analysis.
- Run structured creative and landing-page A/B tests; collaborate with creative and product teams to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Implement and maintain robust measurement and attribution (GA4, UTM, server-side where applicable); build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance insights.
- Optimize funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV) through CRO initiatives, promo strategies and personalised campaigns.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate media buys, and scale budgets while maintaining disciplined unit economics.
