Who Are We
We're the new kids on the block, but we're here to make some noise. Antinorm is a DTC Beauty × Personal Care brand built on a simple belief: self-care should be convenient, effective, and designed for real Indian lives. Our products are multifunctional, climate-aware, and rooted in global innovation - made for India's busy women.
We sell direct. Which means our growth lives and dies by performance marketing. That's where you come in.
What Antinorm is About
Our four pillars:
- Multifunctionality
- Instant solution
- Indian climate focus
- Trendy global innovations
About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition for Antinorm - end to end. This isn't a role where you manage a dashboard someone else built or execute briefs someone else wrote. You'll be building the engine.
You'll own the full funnel - from the first ad impression to the moment someone clicks Buy Now on antinorm.co - and you'll be obsessed with making every rupee of ad spend work harder.
You'll work directly with the founding team, with creative and content, and with data to drive growth that's measurable and repeatable.
What You'll Do
1. Paid Performance - Meta, Google & Beyond
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads - from strategy to execution to daily optimisation.
- Own and improve the metrics that matter: ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate - not just track them, but actively move them.
- Build and test full-funnel campaign structures - awareness, consideration, retargeting, and retention - tailored to our DTC Shopify setup.
- Identify and test emerging platforms, ad formats, and audience strategies to scale acquisition efficiently.
2. Experimentation & Optimisation
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers - with clear hypotheses and clean read-outs.
- Maintain a live testing calendar and document learnings so the brand compounds knowledge over time.
- Work with the creative team to brief, iterate, and retire ad assets based on performance data - not gut feel.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Own performance reporting - weekly and monthly - across all paid and CRM channels using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics.
- Build dashboards that give the founding team real-time visibility into acquisition cost, channel contribution, and funnel health.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights - not slide decks full of vanity metrics.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with the creative and content team to ensure ad assets are on-brand, high-converting, and refreshed before fatigue sets in.
- Work with operations and product teams to align campaign calendars with inventory, launches, and seasonal moments.
- Flag conversion bottlenecks on the Shopify site and collaborate on fixes - you understand the full funnel, not just the top.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably at a D2C or e-commerce brand.
- Strong, working command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - you've managed meaningful budgets independently.
- Proficiency in GA4 and Shopify analytics; familiarity with Mixpanel or similar tools is a plus.
- Data-first mindset - you're comfortable pulling your own numbers, spotting patterns, and acting on them fast.
- Understanding of DTC conversion funnels, landing page performance, and how creative impacts paid results.
- Ability to write a clear creative brief and give structured, data-backed feedback to a creative team.
Behavioural Traits That Matter
- You test before you conclude - experiments are your default mode, not an afterthought.
- You have a strong bias for action - you don't wait for a perfect brief, you move and course-correct.
- You're analytically wired - you enjoy digging into numbers and you're honest when something isn't working.
- You collaborate well - you know that great performance marketing runs on great creative, and you treat that relationship seriously.
Antinorm Fit Check
- High sense of ownership - you run campaigns like it's your own money on the line.
- Builder mentality - excited to set up systems, trackers, and workflows from scratch.
- Tech & Automation Focus - you look for ways to eliminate manual work and improve signal quality.
- Startup comfort - you're okay with ambiguity, lean resources, and wearing more than one hat.
- Brand curiosity - you care about what Antinorm stands for, not just the numbers behind it.
