Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in FMCG or nutraceutical brands, who understands scale, ROAS, funnels, and performance-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and marketplaces.
• Drive performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to retention.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for FMCG / nutraceutical brands.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, and attribution models.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
