We're now looking for someone to lead and redefine Performance Marketing at Wirality.

This is not a campaign management role.

This is for someone who can build the next chapter of performance — through strategy, leadership, innovation, and business growth.

What success in this role looks like:

• Building and scaling a high-performing performance marketing function
• Creating performance playbooks, systems, and ways of working
• Growing client accounts while owning delivery excellence
• Driving new business opportunities and expanding service offerings
• Building stronger integration between creative, media, analytics, and culture
• Owning cluster growth and commercial outcomes

What you'll lead:

• Strategic growth plans across client portfolios
• Team development, mentorship, and performance culture
• Full-funnel performance strategy — acquisition, conversion, retention & LTV
• New-age performance models including creator-led growth, UGC and AI-enabled media buying
• Quarterly and annual growth planning across accounts
• P&L ownership, forecasting, profitability and scalable delivery

We'd love to meet someone who has:

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Proven success scaling accounts and improving ROAS
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing frameworks, processes and performance systems
• A track record in business growth and portfolio expansion

→ Meta Ads Manager

→ Google Suite (Search, Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube)

→ Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Looker Studio

→ Hotjar, CRO & experimentation platforms

→ E-commerce performance ecosystems (Shopify & tracking stacks)

→ UGC-led performance campaigns and creator-driven growth models
