We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid growth across Meta, Google and other channels. This role is for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just media buying. It is a system of creative testing, funnel optimisation, offer construction, data discipline, and profitable scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise monthly media budgets across channels.
  • Improve blended CAC, MER, ROAS, payback period, and contribution margin post-marketing.
  • Build channel-wise growth plans for new customer acquisition.
  • Work with the creative team to test new ad angles, hooks, formats, statics, videos, UGC, founder-led ads, and comparison ads.
  • Analyse creative performance to identify winning messages, weak hooks, fatigue patterns, and audience intent mismatches.
  • Improve landing pages, PDPs, bundles, offers, advertorials, quizzes, and checkout journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and creators to execute campaigns at speed.
  • Track CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, contribution margin, repeat rates, and cohort payback.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
  • Separate platform-reported numbers from actual business performance.
  • Identify new paid growth opportunities and test emerging acquisition channels.
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, consumer brands, nutrition, beauty, personal care, food, or wellness.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, contribution margin, and payback.
  • Ability to work closely with creative teams and turn consumer insights into ad tests.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution tools.
  • Experience with Shopify/D2C funnels is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads, quick commerce, influencer whitelisting, or creator-led ads is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led environment.
  • Ability to diagnose whether performance issues are coming from campaign structure, creative, offer, landing page, pricing, or product-market mismatch.

Salary: Commensurate with Experience
