Performance Marketing Lead

Roles & responsibilities:

• Plan and implement all digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, website and display advertising.
• Aggressively drive Lead Generation across all the digital channels with a clear focus on achieving higher Qualified Leads and efficient Cost Per Lead (CPL) to drive Site Visits.
• Strengthen the social media presence through continuous innovation and effective Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• Identify and analyse trends and insights to optimize spends and returns.
• Develop and manage monthly Digital Marketing budget.
• Collaborate and coordinate with brand, creative, activations and pre-sales team to ensure complete alignment of business / marketing objectives.
• Provide thought leadership in emerging trends and tools in digital marketing space.
• Lead, guide and manage the Digital Marketing team comprising performance marketeers, SEO managers etc.

Qualifications & skills:

• An MBA with specialization in digital marketing and over 10 years of experience in delivering high performance in digital marketing function.
• Highly analytical with complete understanding of executing effective digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, Taboola etc.
• Highly experienced in Funnel management and landing page optimization.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
