We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition across Google and Meta platforms. You'll be hands-on in the accounts, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving efficient user growth at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube.
- Manage Meta campaigns including feed ads, Stories, Reels, and Advantage+ campaigns
- Develop and test creative strategies, ad copy, visuals, video, and landing pages
- Manage budgets efficiently to hit CAC/ROAS targets while scaling spend
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics infrastructure
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale ($10K+/month)
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and efficient CAC
- Deep expertise in Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager: campaign structures, audience targeting, Advantage+
Nice to Have
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with other paid channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Background in AI, no-code, or creator tools
- Experience with creative production and ad copywriting
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
- SQL or data analysis skills
