Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists, providing feedback, training, and performance optimization.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels including PPC, SEM, social media, display advertising, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously enhance landing pages, ad creatives, and user experiences to maximize conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
  • Ad Tech Stack Management: Stay updated on digital marketing tools and platforms and leverage them to enhance campaign performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, data visualization tools)
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads) is a plus
