Roles And Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve measurable results.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies, targeting the right audience segments with tailored messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend and maximum ROI.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous optimization.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates from Meta, Google, and the
broader digital marketing landscape to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers through targeted digital marketing.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring goals are met.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and forecast trends
