Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy
- Create a comprehensive paid marketing strategy that aligns with Miko s business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through PPC, paid social, display advertising, and programmatic campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for efficiency and scalability across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
- Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with growth targets.
Campaign Management Optimization
- Manage end-to-end execution of search, social, display, and video advertising campaigns.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and optimize budget allocation.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation for real-time campaign optimization.
Performance Analytics Insights
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to derive actionable insights.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.
- Utilize consumer insights, heatmaps, and competitive benchmarking to refine marketing strategies.
Cross-Channel Integration Organic Growth Synergy
- Ensure paid and organic marketing efforts are aligned for a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to improve website conversion rates and enhance customer journey experiences.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling marketing messages.
Brand Positioning Consumer Engagement
- Refine and communicate Miko s brand messaging across all paid marketing channels.
- Ensure ad copy, visuals, and storytelling align with Miko s mission of AI-driven learning and companionship.
- Monitor consumer sentiment and market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Budget Management ROI Optimization
- Own the performance marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on reach and engagement.
- Continuously refine budget distribution across platforms for optimal results.
Agency Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external media agencies, ad networks, and marketing vendors.
- Ensure campaigns are executed with high quality and align with brand objectives.
- Regularly evaluate agency performance and optimize partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, and digital growth strategies in B2C or D2C brands.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, programmatic advertising, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven marketing.
- Proven ability to scale paid marketing campaigns efficiently across geographies.
- Experience working with global audiences and multi-country ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and customer behavior.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master s preferred).

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, AI-driven ad platforms, and programmatic advertising.
