We're now looking for a Brand Lead- Performance Marketing to own paid growth end-to-end and help scale our next phase.

What you'll own
1. Growth Ownership (End-to-End)
- Own paid growth across Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary)
- Plan growth roadmaps, weekly execution, and experimentation cycles
- Drive outcomes across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency
- Build repeatable growth systems, not one-off campaigns
- Work closely with founders to turn insights into scale
You won't be juggling shallow tasks. You'll own growth with depth and accountability.
2. Creative-Led Performance (Core Focus)
- Own creative direction for performance: angles, hooks, messaging, proof, iterations
- Identify winning creatives, scale them, and ship consistent iterations
- Partner closely with the creative team but actively shape direction, not just brief and wait
- Build a structured creative testing and learning loop
At KSHM, performance marketing is storytelling backed by data.
3. Experimentation & Conversion
- Design and run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, funnels, and checkout
- Continuously improve website and checkout conversion rates
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and user behavior to unlock growth levers
4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Own growth analytics and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Analyze cohorts, attribution paths, and customer LTV
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for performance, creative, and product teams
- Maintain clarity through documentation, dashboards, and experiment logs
5. Cross-Functional Growth
- Work with product and ops teams to improve post-purchase experience and retention
- Partner with CRM teams to improve repeat rates and LTV
- Track competitors, trends, and emerging acquisition opportunities
Must-Have
- 35 years experience in performance marketing (D2C brand or strong agency experience)
- Hands-on experience with:
- 1. Meta Ads (mandatory)
- 2. Google Search Ads (mandatory)
- Strong creative thinking with experience shaping ad messaging and iterations
- High ownership mindset, you treat growth like a business
- Strong analytical comfort and structured thinking
- Graduate from a reputed Tier-1 institute or leading B-school
