Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other digital channels.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across multiple campaign objectives and stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, set performance goals, and analyze results.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement automation workflows using tools such as Zapier and platform-native solutions.
- Conduct performance audits, conversion tracking implementation, attribution analysis, and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-driven marketing tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing, either agency-side or brand-side.
- Demonstrated success managing performance campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including campaign structure, testing methodologies, and scaling strategies.
- Experience setting up and managing Google Merchant Center (GMC), Google Business Profile (GMB), pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or similar workflow platforms.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and performance insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, or other marketplace/quick-commerce advertising platforms is an added advantage.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site role based in Sakinaka, Mumbai. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and teams to drive business growth and marketing performance.
