The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own customer acquisition and revenue growth across Meta, Google, Amazon, marketplaces, and quick commerce.

This is a high-impact role working directly with the founder, with complete ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.

What You'll Do

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels

Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, marketplaces, and quick commerce

Own key growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and contribution margin

Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives

Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve acquisition efficiency

Must-Have Experience

6–10+ years in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition

Mandatory experience scaling D2C consumer product brands

Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceuticals, personal care, or consumer healthcare brands

Hands-on experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹50 lakh–₹2 crore+

Strong expertise across Meta, Google, Amazon, and ecommerce growth channels

Proven ability to independently own strategy, execution, and optimization
