About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Performance Marketing Lead – CPL/CPS to lead and scale our lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a proven track record of scaling profitable CPL/CPS campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving acquisition growth across paid marketing channels. The role offers the opportunity to build scalable processes, lead growth initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the company's acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Acquisition
- Own and drive the overall CPL/CPS acquisition strategy across paid marketing channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, acquisition channels, and campaign strategies.
- Develop scalable frameworks for campaign testing, optimization, and growth.
- Drive sustainable growth while maintaining profitability and lead quality.
Campaign Management & Scaling
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Identify profitable audiences, creatives, funnels, and campaign structures.
- Continuously optimize campaigns against KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CPS, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and profitability.
- Build repeatable processes for testing and scaling successful campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize results.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with creative and operational teams to improve landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion performance.
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel structures.
Team Leadership & Function Building
- Lead and help build the performance marketing and lead generation function.
- Establish reporting frameworks, campaign processes, and performance standards.
- Develop scalable workflows and best practices for campaign execution and optimization.
- Mentor and support team members as the function grows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align acquisition goals with business objectives.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic quality, user behavior, and acquisition metrics.
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Drive data-backed decision making and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, campaign profitability, and lead quality.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Affiliate Marketing, User Acquisition, or Growth Marketing.
- Proven experience managing and scaling CPL/CPS campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, traffic acquisition, campaign optimization, and growth strategies.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable business results.
Leadership & Execution
- Experience leading growth initiatives, acquisition campaigns, or performance marketing functions.
- Ability to take ownership of acquisition goals and drive results independently.
- Experience building processes, testing frameworks, and scalable campaign structures.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CPS, ROAS, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics.
- Experience with tracking, attribution, analytics, and performance reporting platforms.
- Experience working with tools such as RedTrack, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar marketing platforms is preferred.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions quickly.
- Understanding of lead quality management, traffic performance, and acquisition profitability.
