About The Role
We are seeking a lead to manage paid acquisition for Biz4Group and our
clients product portfolios. You will own the strategy for B2B lead gen and B2C app growth,
focusing on high-intent US audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end paid strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search/UAC), and Meta.
- Lead App Growth initiatives, specifically managing App Install campaigns and product-led growth funnels.
- Own CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experimentation to improve landing page and app store performance.
- Design performance marketing retainer packages as a service offering for Biz4Group clients.
- Utilize AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive budget optimization, and ad creative testing.
- Implement server-side tracking to ensure 100% attribution across the B2B and B2C lifecycle.
- Manage high-value monthly spends, optimizing for SQLs and App Retention metrics.
- Conduct competitor research within the US IT and SaaS landscapes to pivot bidding strategies.
- Analyze daily performance data to reconcile spend against lead quality and CAC.
- Mentor junior associates on technical tracking and high-scale budget pacing.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years in Performance Marketing;
- Experience with App Install (UAC/Meta) and SaaS growth is mandatory.
