This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Intern located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support the performance marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns to optimize marketing outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities will include data analysis, performance monitoring, conducting performance testing, and effectively communicating campaign insights to stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with team members to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis experience to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing techniques to optimize marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively articulate insights and recommendations to team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry trends is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
