Performance marketing intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Intern based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting data analysis to optimize campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include supporting performance testing, identifying trends in campaign results, and coordinating with team members to refine strategies for better ROI. The intern will also contribute to crafting communication materials to aid marketing efforts and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Analytical Skills and Data Analysis to assess campaign performance and identify areas of improvement
• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with teams and producing impactful content
• Experience or knowledge in Performance Testing and Performance Management
• Proficiency in using tools and platforms related to digital marketing and data analysis is advantageous
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and concepts is a plus
