About the Role:-

HexaHealth is looking for an Consultant Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing) to support our growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to paid campaigns, data-driven marketing, and healthcare-focused digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation.
• Conduct audience research, targeting strategy, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Leads) and prepare performance reports.
• Support implementation and monitoring of Meta Pixel, event tracking, and Conversion API (CAPI) for accurate attribution.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition

Requirements:-

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, event tracking, and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Familiarity with key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and performance-oriented.
