Performance Marketing Intern | Meta Ads & Google Ads

We're looking for someone who understands performance marketing beyond simply boosting Instagram posts.

If you're passionate about paid advertising, campaign optimisation, data analysis and driving measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll work on:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Google Ads and campaign optimisation

• Audience research, retargeting and creative testing

• Performance analysis, conversion tracking and ROAS

• Strategies to improve WhatsApp enquiries and website sales

• Weekly campaign reporting and data-driven recommendations

Who should apply

Someone with practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions independently. Previous campaign experience or a portfolio will be an advantage.

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Stipend: 5,000/month

Duration: 3–6 months

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real e-commerce marketing challenges and understand how advertising translates into business results.
