Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Joining: 1st October 2026

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support campaign execution, creative testing and day-to-day marketing operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM and AI-powered marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram/WhatsApp leads and update them in the CRM.
• Allocate organic leads as per the defined process.
• Support Meta & Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring and routine optimisation.
• Monitor daily performance and flag issues.
• Maintain campaign trackers and basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Generate ideas for ad creatives, reels, hooks and campaign concepts.
• Use AI tools to create raw content and creative variations for performance marketing.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day campaign activities.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong interest in advertising.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools.
• Good attention to detail and ownership.
• Interest/experience in social media, Instagram or Reels is an added advantage.
