Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Performance Marketing Intern, based in Nagpur. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will assist in performance campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads. Your tasks will include analyzing performance metrics, gathering data for ads, and assisting in performance management and testing processes. The role also involves using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and preparing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including an ability to interpret data and uncover insights
• Solid understanding of Performance Management and Performance Testing
• Effective Communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis tools or methods
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
• Enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics is preferred
