Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Intern will support the digital marketing team in executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms. The role involves assisting with campaign setup, performance tracking, research, and reporting to help improve campaign efficiency and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Support in creating ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to optimize campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights for campaign improvements.
- Assist in A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Final-year students of Bachelor's degree(B.Com or B.Tech) may apply; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
