Performance Marketing Intern

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Analyst Intern to join our Marketing team. You'll work closely with the team to understand campaign performance, analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and support decisions around customer acquisition and marketing spend.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys numbers, problem-solving, and understanding why certain marketing campaigns perform better than others.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance of marketing campaigns across different channels
• Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
• Work with campaign and user data to identify trends and insights
• Help the team understand which campaigns, creatives, audiences, and channels are performing better
• Build and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards
• Identify areas where marketing spend can be improved or optimised
• Support A/B testing and analyse results
• Work with large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and other analytical tools

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of basic mathematics and percentages
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Curiosity to understand how marketing campaigns impact business and revenue
• Ability to break down a problem logically and draw insights from data
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate is a plus
• Prior experience with data analysis, marketing projects, dashboards, or performance marketing is a plus
