We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to own customer acquisition and digital revenue growth across multiple online channels. This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness and traffic generation to lead conversion and performance scaling.

You will operate at the intersection of analytics and creativity, managing paid campaigns, optimizing website conversion journeys, strengthening brand positioning, and driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Acquisition & Lead Generation

Develop and execute multi-channel B2C acquisition strategies.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor campaign performance, control budgets, and improve ROI through data-driven optimization.

Scale high-performing channels while testing new acquisition opportunities.

Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth

Own end-to-end marketing funnel performance from traffic to qualified leads.

Improve landing pages and user journeys to enhance conversion rates.

Implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.

Optimize retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize lead conversion.

SEO & Organic Growth

Execute on-page SEO strategies including keyword alignment and content optimization.

Collaborate on content initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

Monitor basic technical SEO elements and coordinate necessary improvements.

Brand & Social Strategy

Lead social media growth initiatives to strengthen audience engagement.

Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning across digital channels.

Balance performance marketing initiatives with long-term brand-building campaigns.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track KPIs including leads generated, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

Build dashboards and performance reports to guide marketing decisions.

Translate campaign insights into actionable growth strategies.

Continuously experiment with paid media, email marketing, referrals, partnerships, and organic channels to improve acquisition efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience
35 years of hands-on experience in B2C performance or digital marketing.

Direct experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns (not limited to agency coordination).

Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Solid understanding of full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.

Comfortable working with analytics tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.

Ability to interpret campaign data and drive measurable improvements.

Creative thinking for ad messaging, positioning, and audience targeting.
