Role Summary:

As a Performance Marketing, you will play a strategic role in driving business goals, right from the top funnel to the bottom line. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for building and driving the performance marketing function. This role will place you in the prestigious intersection of Business, Leadership, Culture, and People.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end growth economics. driving performance marketing strategy across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, programmatic, etc.) with full accountability for CAC, LTV, margins, and profitability.

• Build and refine the acquisition funnel from impression to policy issuance, improving CTR, CVR, lead quality, assisted conversions, and policy activation rates through experimentation and continuous optimization.

• Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and pricing strategies.

• Own tracking accuracy across platforms while ensuring clean attribution and reduced signal loss, and build dashboards that connect ad spend to issued premium and renewal value.

• Work closely with product, underwriting, inside sales, and compliance teams to improve lead-to-policy conversion, reduce drop-offs, and ensure all communication meets regulatory standards while maintaining performance efficiency.

Expected Skills:

• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliate networks, and lead marketplaces with proven ability to scale budgets while maintaining CAC discipline.

• Strong expertise in lead-gen performance marketing with proven ability to scale high-intent traffic while controlling CPL and effective CAC.

• Experience improving lead-to-policy conversion rates through CRO frameworks, messaging tests, form optimization, and intent-based segmentation.

• Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, offline conversion tracking, CRM integrations, GA4, and cohort analysis.

• Ability to craft high-performing ad narratives while navigating insurance compliance guidelines, disclaimers, and regulatory constraints.

• 6-8 years of experience within and across domains of Performance Marketing and Business.
