This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Performance Marketing Expert. The responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels. The role involves crafting effective marketing strategies, managing social media marketing efforts, analyzing campaign data, and driving user acquisition and engagement efforts. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Marketing and Marketing Strategy for planning and executing campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Sales to drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge or interest in astrology services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
