We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.
Your primary mission will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will be the guardian of our clients ad spend, ensuring every rupee/dollar is optimized for maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop media plans, audience targeting strategies, and budget allocation models.
- Optimization: Daily monitoring of campaign performance. You will tweak bids, audiences, and creatives to lower CPA and increase conversions.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test new creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
- Reporting: Create weekly/monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and copy team to brief high-performing ad creatives based on data insights.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Data Fluency: You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and know your way around Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling ad copy that converts.
- Mindset: You are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and stay updated with the latest algorithm changes.
