This role starts as a part-time hourly engagement, with the goal of turning into a long-term collaboration as we scale. We're looking for a fixer someone who can jump in, audit our setup, and ensure our conversions are tracking perfectly. You'll be the go to expert helping our team turn data into clear, actionable results.
Required Skills:
- Google Ads Mastery: 2+ years of experience managing and scaling successful campaigns.
- Tracking & Setup: High proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) to handle complex event tracking.
- Analytics: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) to solve attribution issues.
- Technical Fixes: Ability to debug conversion pixels and tracking leaks.
- Collaboration: A team-player mindset to support and guide our internal marketing efforts.
