This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and meet client objectives. The role involves analyzing campaign performance data, conducting keyword research, running A/B tests, and staying updated with industry trends. Collaborating with other team members and participating in strategy planning sessions are also key tasks for this position.

• Strong skills in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and the development of Marketing Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills to foster client relationships and drive campaigns
• Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
