- haircare, and wellness services. We are looking for a Digital Ads & Performance Marketing
- An executive to manage online campaigns, optimize ad performance, and generate high-quality
- leads across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and healthcare marketing.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics.
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion tracking.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 58 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Healthcare /Beauty industry preferred).
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results and ROI.
