Performance Marketing Executive | Weddings & Luxury Brands

We're hiring a Performance Marketer at The Oyster Studios.

And no — this is not a manage campaigns and send reports kind of role.

We're looking for someone who understands how to generate real wedding inquiries, improve lead quality, reduce CPLs, optimize funnels, and drive actual revenue through Meta Ads.

Because in the wedding industry, attention is cheap.

Intent is everything.

At The Oyster Studios, we're building a modern wedding photography & filmmaking brand, while expanding into a content and marketing agency focused on premium, high-ticket brands.

This role is for someone hungry.

Someone who wants to build.

Someone who cares more about conversions than impressions.

What you'll work on:

• Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)

• Wedding lead generation campaigns

• Funnel optimization

• Landing page performance

• Retargeting campaigns

• Inquiry conversion

• Lead quality improvement

• ROI-focused campaign scaling

• Creative testing with our content team

Who we're looking for:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in performance marketing

• Preferably someone from wedding photography, luxury events, event management, hospitality, or high-ticket service businesses

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager

• Understands customer psychology and inquiry conversion

• Someone execution-focused, fast, and resourceful

• Comfortable taking ownership and moving independently

• Someone who wants to grow with the brand long term

What this role is NOT:

• Passive campaign management

• Vanity metric marketing

• Boost post marketing

• Endless strategy meetings with zero execution

• A traditional corporate setup

You'll work directly with the founder.

Compensation:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

(Depending on execution ability and understanding of performance marketing)
