Performance Marketing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor daily performance and optimise for efficiency and results.
- Drive lead generation and ensure accurate conversion tracking.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data issues.
- Evaluate creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
- Design and run A/B tests to enhance effectiveness.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy.
- Manage budget allocation, spend, and pacing.
- Optimise audience segmentation and targeting.
- 3.5 5 years of relevant experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B and Events industry preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong skills in campaign optimisation, audience targeting, keyword research, and budget/bid management.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Experience with conversion tracking and UTM management.
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.
