About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage lead generation, website traffic, app promotion, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and budgets.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Set up and manage tracking tools including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Search Console.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
- Create and test multiple ad creatives, copies, and landing page variations through A/B testing.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, SEO, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels to increase leads and revenue.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking and CRM integration for campaign attribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Experience in campaign budgeting, bid management, and audience targeting.
- Knowledge of UTM tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
