Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Surat. The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels to drive measurable results. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role will collaborate closely with content, design, and account management teams to align performance strategies with overall marketing objectives. The Performance Marketing Executive will also test new channels, creatives, and targeting approaches to improve ROI and support client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to drive profitable growth.

• Plan and scale D2C/e-commerce campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and business objectives.

• Design and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels.

• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.

• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities.

• Coordinate with creative teams to develop, test, and improve high-performing ad creatives.

• Manage campaign testing, audience segmentation, budget allocation, scaling, and performance reporting.

• Present campaign insights, strategies, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital advertising platforms.

• Strong knowledge of D2C/e-commerce funnels, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.

• Experience managing and scaling high-spend advertising accounts.

• Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

• Strong market planning, marketing strategy, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills with a sales and growth-focused mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with performance marketing trends.
