Role: Performance Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads / Meta Ads
Manage budgets and scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS
Conduct audience research, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize
Work on lead generation, ecommerce, and brand growth campaigns
Required Experience
Proven experience running Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics
Ability to test creatives, audiences, and funnels systematically
Data-driven mindset with strong optimization skills
