Role OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Performance / Growth Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, brand reach, and pipeline growth across global markets.
This role requires hands-on experience in paid advertising, outbound campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM), with the ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple countries for SaaS products.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing (Paid Ads)- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
- Manage budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Continuously improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
Multi-Country Campaign Management- Execute and manage campaigns across multiple geographies
- Adapt strategies based on regional audience behavior and performance
- Optimize campaigns based on market-specific insights and data
Lead Generation & Growth- Drive high-quality inbound and outbound lead generation
- Optimize funnels from awareness → consideration → conversion
- Collaborate with Sales for lead quality and pipeline conversion
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Outreach- Identify and target high-value accounts
- Plan and execute ABM campaigns across channels
- Run personalized reach-out campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Work closely with Sales for targeted account penetration
Email & WhatsApp Marketing- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (drip, nurture, re-engagement)
- Manage email tools, segmentation, and automation workflows
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for engagement and follow-ups
- Track open rates, click rates, and conversions
Analytics & Optimization- Track campaign performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Ad platform dashboards
- CRM tools
- Analyze data to identify:
- Performance gaps
- Growth opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Collaboration & Execution- Work closely with:
- Sales team for lead feedback and conversions
- Design/content team for creatives and messaging
- Align campaigns with product positioning and GTM strategy
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in Performance / Growth Marketing (SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries / regions
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a strong plus
- Experience with Email Marketing tools and automation
- Exposure to WhatsApp marketing platforms
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound campaigns
Skills & Competencies- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
- Good understanding of B2B buyer journey
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail
- Experience in audience targeting and segmentation
- Excellent coordination with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Educational Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads are a plus
