Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for our clients across Meta and Google. Candidates based in Jaipur who are comfortable with the stated compensation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns for clients
• Manage campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, conversions and CPA
• Work with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Good understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimisation

Compensation: ₹3 LPA + performance-based incentives
