Role Summary-
We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive in executing digital campaigns to drive quick commerce growth across platforms. The role focuses on tactical implementation, campaign monitoring, and cross-functional coordination for timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track campaign KPIs, flag issues, and share actionable insights with the manager and cross-functional teams
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Assist in end-to-end execution of platform campaigns (e.g., AMS search & display).
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure delivery is on time and meets KPIs like ROAS, share of voice, and conversion rates.
- Implement optimizations based on ongoing data analysis and performance insights.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Media, Brand, and quick commerce & eCommerce teams to align execution with overall business objectives.
- Ensure plans are implemented as per aligned timelines (OTIF delivery).
Agency Collaboration
- Liaise with performance marketing agency teams to ensure proper tactical implementation.
- Support the manager in briefing agencies and providing necessary inputs for creative and targeting.
Experimentation & Best Practices
- Support in the execution of A/B tests and new initiatives across platforms.
- Help document learnings and share best practices with relevant stakeholders.
