Job Description

We are India's #1 growth and marketing company for packaged F&B brands. We build performance and commerce systems for brands generating ₹10L+ per month. We have worked with brands like Master Chow, Zoff, WickedGud, FitFeast, Aquatein, and more.

We're not hiring a media buyer. We want a performance operator who owns outcomes end to end.

What You'll Do

  • Run, test, and scale Meta Ads across a portfolio of packaged F&B brand accounts
  • Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversion metrics with full accountability for profitable outcomes
  • Build and execute creative testing frameworks: test hypotheses, not random experiments
  • Brief creative teams with precision: explain the angle, the structure, and the expected outcome
  • Think across the full funnel from ad click to landing page to purchase and retention
  • Apply CRO thinking to improve conversion at every stage, not just drive traffic
  • Scale what works fast. Kill what fails faster. Document every learning clearly
  • Work closely with founders on account strategy and growth direction

Creatives & Strategic Thinking

This is a core competency. You must identify what makes a creative perform vs. what kills a campaign based on data, not instinct. Build a real feedback loop with the creative team: brief, review, iterate, and improve. Understand the performance psychology of a packaged F&B consumer from scroll to click to purchase.

CRO & Full Funnel Ownership

Media buying is only part of the job. Diagnose conversion drop-offs, partner on landing page and offer optimisation, and understand how packaging, pricing, and product presentation affect online F&B conversion. Think in contribution margin and profitability not just ROAS.

Who You Are

  • Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience specifically for packaged F&B brands
  • Comfortable managing ₹10L+ per month in paid ad spend this is your normal environment
  • Deep understanding of what makes F&B creatives perform; can brief a creative team with precision
  • Strong CRO thinking you own the full funnel, not just clicks and CPMs
  • Moves fast, takes initiative, and identifies problems without waiting to be told
  • Focused on profitability and numbers, not reporting decks
  • Can clearly explain: why you're running a specific ad, why a creative angle was chosen, and why a campaign is succeeding or failing

  • This is not a plug and play media buying role. We want a performance operator with genuine F&B expertise who takes ownership from day one.
