Performance Marketing Executive (Marketplaces + Meta & Google)

Location: Baner / Balewadi High Street, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

MilliMo is looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to own growth and efficiency across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms and paid media channels. This role is central to driving scale and profitability across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Meta and Google.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands numbers, platforms and execution, not just dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Performance (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry)

  • Plan, execute and optimise performance campaigns across Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Track and improve key metrics such as sales, ACOS, TACOS, CTR and conversion rates
  • Coordinate listing optimisation with content and design teams
  • Align ad spends with inventory availability and demand cycles
  • Analyse platform reports and drive actionable insights

Quick Commerce Performance (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart)

  • Work closely with platform account managers to plan visibility, promotions and ads
  • Track performance metrics including impressions, conversions and sales velocity
  • Support campaign planning during offers, festivals and high-demand periods
  • Monitor availability, fill rate and pricing impact on performance

Meta & Google Paid Media

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google
  • Build acquisition and retargeting funnels aligned with marketplace and quick commerce sales
  • Test creatives, audiences, keywords and formats to improve ROAS
  • Drive traffic and conversions aligned with brand launches and growth goals

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Own daily, weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels
  • Track CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR and conversion rates
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend optimisation strategies
  • Present clear insights and next steps to leadership

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with creative, content, operations and supply chain teams
  • Coordinate campaigns with product launches, pricing changes and inventory planning
  • Ensure alignment between performance marketing and overall business objectives

Requirements & Preferences
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong experience in marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry)
  • Exposure to quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) is a strong plus
  • Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling budgets, targets and tight timelines
  • Experience in FMCG / D2C / food brands preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and performance dashboards
