Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and overseeing our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Google Ads, a deep understanding of market analysis, and a track record of successfully managing impactful marketing campaigns. This role also demands strong budget management abilities and the capability to lead and motivate a team of digital marketing experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and paid advertising. Ensure all campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Utilize insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management: Allocate budget effectively across campaigns, ensuring optimal resource use. Continuously monitor ROI and adjust spending as needed to maximize efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports to provide insights into key metrics. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.

Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, focusing on increasing conversion rates and improving customer acquisition costs.

A/B Testing and Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and conduct A/B testing of landing pages, campaigns, calls to action, and other elements to optimize conversion funnels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with broader business goals.

Industry Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Apply this knowledge to keep marketing strategies current and competitive.

Training and Development: Conduct weekly training modules for the call centre, bi-weekly unit-specific trainings, mock calls, and provide monthly reports on training status. Ensure continuous improvement and development of team skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, market analysis, and campaign management.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, with excellent analytical skills.

In-depth knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads certification.

Experience with other digital marketing platforms, such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
